Hi I’m Jessica

I’m a trauma-informed certified breathwork guide, ICF-certified Spiritual Life & Soul Purpose Coach, writer, mother of two, and former educator with a Master’s in Advanced Methodologies in Education.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked closely with emotional regulation, human behavior, trauma, and nervous system awareness. Before stepping into the world of breathwork and coaching, I spent years supporting neurodivergent and emotionally impacted children and families through education while also raising two children of my own.

I have always been fascinated by the connection between the body, emotions, stress, and the ways women learn to keep functioning even when they feel deeply disconnected from themselves. I have also deeply loved my role of being a mother, and growing a family.

Eventually, my own burnout became impossible to ignore.

Even while helping everyone else, and living a full life of my own, I realized I had lost connection to my own needs, creativity, intuition, and sense of presence. I was constantly pushing through life while feeling emotionally overwhelmed underneath it all.

Breathwork became a turning point for me.

It helped me reconnect not only to my body, but to parts of myself that had been buried underneath responsibility, pressure, and survival mode. It also reawakened my creativity and love for writing.

Through my storytelling, Substack essays, and reflections on motherhood, emotional wellness, ambition, and presence, I explore how women can create lives that feel more connected, joyful, and aligned with who they truly are.

I believe women deserve lives where they can pursue meaningful work, embrace motherhood, nurture creativity, and continue evolving without abandoning themselves in the process.

My approach blends breathwork, emotional healing, intuition, grounded spirituality, and honest conversation about what it means to be a woman navigating modern life.

I don’t believe healing has to feel performative or overwhelming.

Sometimes it begins with a breath, sometimes it begins with rest, and sometimes it begins with realizing you were never meant to spend your whole life surviving.

"We cannot deeply connect with others until we feel soul safe in our own bodies. By cultivating more safety, we can rebuild self trust and compassion and liberate ourselves to live with more purpose. Our lives are not meant to be lived like prisoners in our bodies, relationships, or careers.

My hope is to share what I have learned from my education, and life experiences to help other high achieving women realize their potential and make the changes that align with their unique expression.

I cultivate joy and align with my highest self by traveling, writing, reading, practicing yoga and breathwork, spending time in nature, and having fun with family and friends. My greatest joy comes from raising my son, daughter, and two mini-Schauzers with my husband in Northern California."

This Is My Soul's Safe Space

In order to find safety in our bodies, we must be able to quiet our minds, release limiting beliefs, and regulate our nervous system. This process helps to build greater awareness around the energy we hold and attract. It is not until we feel safe, that we can also release judgment of ourselves and others, and unlock our unique gifts. Connecting to our soul’s purpose opens our heart so we can become liberated to meaningfully contribute to our family and community. Contributing to others in purposeful ways will lead to opportunities to be more present with love, and build connection at a soul level.
